Terms and Conditions for Becky Reece, llc Detox

Welcome to the Whole Foods Detox! By enrolling in and participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent.
1.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete personal and health information as requested.
1.3 Participants should consult with a healthcare professional before starting the Program to ensure it is appropriate for their health condition.

2. Program Details

2.1 The Program includes diet plans, group health coaching sessions, and may also include recommended exercise routines at the discretion of the Program Leader.
2.2 The duration of the Program is 30 days.
2.3 The Program is designed for detoxification, weight loss and lifestyle change.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 The total fee for the Program is $299.00.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before the start of the Program, unless a payment plan has been previously agreed upon.
3.3 All payments are non-refundable except as provided in section 5 (Cancellations and Refunds).

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Participants must follow the Program guidelines and instructions provided by Becky Reece, LLC.
4.2 Participants must attend all scheduled sessions and activities unless prior arrangements have been made.

4.3 Participants must inform the Program staff of any changes in health status or medications as per their physician.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Participants may cancel their enrollment in the Program by providing written notice to beckyreece@comcast.net up until 24 hours before the start of the Program.
5.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Program start date or after the Program has commenced.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 The Program is not intended to replace medical advice or treatment.
6.2 Participants should seek medical advice before making any changes to their diet, exercise, and/or lifestyle.
6.3 The Program is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the Program.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1 All personal and health information provided by participants will be kept confidential. 7.2 The Program will not share participants’ information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Program and its staff are not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or other issues that arise during and/or after participation in the Program.
8.2 Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Becky Reece, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Program.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 Becky Reece, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 9.2 Participants will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions in writing.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.

By enrolling in the Whole Foods Detox Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
